CALL FOR SUBMISSION: “Sacred Connection” will explore the beauty of our planet, environment, land and community. We invite you to submit work that explores the connection you have to your surroundings, nature and your environment. This can be from an aesthetic perspective, a critical perspective, or even from the perspective of how our planet has become victim to imperialism, colonization and technology and other contributing agents. We are looking for a wide range of works, so feel free to explore the beauty as well as the destruction of the planet. The intention of the show is to move people and raise awareness to issues affecting our planet.
* No submission fee will be collected, but a $20 acceptance fee will apply to artists whose work is selected.
* Artists may submit up to 3 pieces: Submission must include a .jpg image, artist bio, 2-3 sentence description of the piece, size, media, dimensions, cost (gallery commission is 30% so adjust accordingly)
* All artwork must be framed and “ready to hang” with wire attached to the back (we use rail system)
* Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up or shipping of any unsold work
