A Day in the Life
Opening Reception:
February 10th 5pm-9pm
Artist Talk @ 7:30pm
“A Day in the Life” is comprised of two separate, but symbiotic bodies of work that have increasingly gained relevance through the current political climate. My aim is to highlight the struggles of undocumented Mexican immigrants coming into this country and expose widespread racist and anti-immigrant sentiments. As someone that comes from a lineage of hardworking migrant farmworkers, I am passionate and committed to sharing stories, dispelling myths and affecting social change through art.
